positive environment, building sportsmanship and camaraderie. To promote active
participation in the sport, a “if you own it, use it” mentality that says
progress yourself and your sport. Use the series format to rank participants and
provide incentive for them to compete in multiple events with the logic being
the movement towards being the best. These events act as qualifiers to the
finals which will be last stops on the tour. Provide outstanding event
experience for participants and spectators at each stop, through a positive
event environment and consistent and reliable event execution without losing the
independent spirit and counter-culture environment. Continue the evolution of
grass roots level skate competitions with the Jousting Finals Format, true to
the spirit and spectator friendly, a 16 rider bracket of one on one battles to
decisively show the overall winner of the day.
